01. Orders

How can I buy;

1. Add any product you want to the shopping cart, while you have entered the product and after choosing the color and size of the product that suits you. 

2. After choosing the correct size, you can add the product to your shopping cart or to your "favorites list" from which you can later transfer products to the cart.

3. In the upper right corner of your screen you will see that there is a basket icon from which you can view and edit the products you have already placed. You can remove and change the quantity of the selected product from there.

4. When you are sure that your cart is ready, you can proceed to the next step "Checkout" where you will select the payment type, shipping and enter your purchase and item information. At this point you can complete your order.

6. After placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email with information about it.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

If your order is successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the email account you specified during the order process. If you do not receive the e-mail please check whether it has gone to the spam folder or contact us to confirm your order.

Can I pick up my online order from the physical store?

You can pick up your order from our physical METAXAS store in Chalandri Attica. You should select "Pick up from the store" in the "Select shipping method" field and then proceed to pay by debit/credit card.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order by contacting the store at 210 60 84 280.

02. Returns - Payments

Can I return a product I have received?

You can return the product you bought within a few days if you want to replace it with another one. For the return, inform us by phone at + 210 60 84 280 or by email at info@emetaxas.gr

What are the conditions for returns?

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used cannot be returned. The new product you have chosen will be sent after we have received the return from the customer and after we have checked that the above conditions apply.

Can I send something as a "gift" to another address?

To send a gift to a different address, you can write us a similar request in the notes. The time for simple shipping and gift shipping is the same.
