Information about product shipments / returns

Conditions of returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been used cannot be returned. The new product you have chosen will be sent after we have received the return from the customer and after we have checked that the above conditions apply.

Send a gift

To send a gift to a different address, you will select the corresponding field before completing your order. In the notes, write us that you want us to send the product as a gift and we will make it happen. The time for simple shipping and gift shipping is the same.
